An undercover FBI agent has been assigned to transport a high-tech thief, but soon learns that this job is nothing more than a setup. When things couldn't possiibly get worse, the two find themselves in Los Angeles at the epicenter of a devastating earthquake. In the aftermath of the quake, the two must join forces to survive.
