Resident Evil: Afterlife (2010) – Blu-ray – Used
The battle against the undead is far from over. Milla Jovovich returns as Alice in the fourth installment of the action-horror franchise inspired by Capcom's hit video games. Written and directed by Paul W. S. Anderson, Resident Evil: Afterlife delivers a post-apocalyptic adventure filled with relentless creatures, dangerous betrayals and elaborate action sequences.
Detailed Movie Synopsis
After the devastating spread of the T-virus, civilization has collapsed and much of humanity has been transformed into ravenous undead. Alice (Milla Jovovich), a formidable survivor with a personal vendetta against the Umbrella Corporation, launches a daring assault on the company's operations in Tokyo. But the ruthless Albert Wesker (Shawn Roberts) proves a dangerous adversary, and Alice's struggle against Umbrella takes an unexpected turn.
Still searching for other survivors, Alice travels to Alaska in pursuit of a rumored refuge called Arcadia. There she reunites with Claire Redfield (Ali Larter), whose memories have been mysteriously affected. Together they journey to Los Angeles, where the city is overrun by the infected and a small group of people has barricaded itself inside a fortified prison.
Among the survivors are former basketball star Luther West (Boris Kodjoe), outspoken Bennett (Kim Coates), young K-Mart (Spencer Locke), and Chris Redfield (Wentworth Miller), a mysterious prisoner with vital information. As supplies dwindle and increasingly terrifying enemies close in—including the enormous axe-wielding Executioner—the group must find a way to escape and uncover the truth behind Arcadia.
What appears to be humanity's last chance for sanctuary may instead be another deadly trap. Alice and her allies must fight overwhelming odds and confront the sinister forces behind the outbreak in a desperate bid to survive.
